Privacy statement

JJR Consulting processes the details you submit through the contact form (name, email address, optionally your organisation, and your message) solely to reply to your message. The legal basis is your request for contact (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Ltd.). The contact form is technically processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the submitted details by email to jeltejan@jjrconsulting.nl and does not use them for its own purposes. The email is received in a business mailbox at Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.).

Your details are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and deleted afterwards. They are not shared with other parties unless required by law.

This website sets no cookies and uses no visitor analytics.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). For questions or requests, email jeltejan@jjrconsulting.nl.
